The communication with them was great. They delivered the flowers to the restaurant without a hitch. I think the bouquet could have had a more “wow” feeling.

Petals and Hearts Boutique attempted delivery or a sympathy bouquet for a co-worker and was informed the recipient was no longer there. The delivery driver contacted the recipient who provided their current address. The driver immediately took the bouquet to the recipients new address and delivered the gorgeous bouquet Extremely happy and so glad I chose a local florist with the utmost dedication to the customer service. THANK YOU!

The floral arrangement was beautiful, and delivery was on time. Recipient was very pleased!

My daughter’s boyfriend asked me to help him plan a surprise proposal. Big problem…I’m in Texas and this was happening in New York on short notice. I looked at florists in Saratoga Springs, NY and found the Petals and Hearts Boutique photo gallery. The different arrangements and designs were all absolutely gorgeous. I had the most excellent experience working with Petals and Hearts! I ordered flowers 3 Days before Mothers Day and stressed that they didn’t need to be delivered until after Mothers Day (they were for a friend, not my mother).
Not only were the flowers delivered the day before Mothers Day, MY FRIEND SAID THAT THEY WERE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENT SHE HAD EVER SEEN!!!!!
